Oral presentations typically last about 15 minutes, while poster presenters have the opportunity to give a brief flash presentation of approximately 3 minutes. Both plenary discussions and informal, one-on-one exchanges are encouraged, fostering a relaxed and interactive atmosphere.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Abstracts <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Submission: <\/strong>Use the below template and send your abstract to <a href=\"mailto:contact@soilbelgium.be\">contact@soilbelgium.be<\/a> with the following <strong>e-mail heading<\/strong> DYSS2026_FamilyName_GivenName. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Language<\/strong>: English &#8211; <strong>Format<\/strong>: max 300 words, use the below template<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-container-2 wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"http:\/\/www.soilbelgium.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/SSSB_DYSS26_abstract-template.docx\">Abstract Template<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indicate your preference for an oral or poster presentation. There is no limit to the number of poster presentations. MSc thesis students are strongly encouraged to create a poster based on their thesis work, with a particular focus on their research question and methodology. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Deadline for submitting abstracts is April 12th, 2026.<\/strong> A decision on acceptance for oral or poster presentation will be communicated to you by April 18th, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Registration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Register for the DYSS 2026 as presenter or regular attendee and meet your fellow soil scientists.
