Visit to the \u2018Ch\u00e2teau de Bousval\u2019 vineyards with examinations of the soil profiles in a toposequence. This evaluation of the profiles will be paired with tasting of two Chardonnay 2018 harvested at the top and bottom of that very toposequence!
