Your privacy rights are described in EU Regulation 2016/679. BBV-SBSS takes your rights seriously by informing you about the way we process, collect, store and use the personal information you provide as a user of the services of the association and/or as a member.
The personal data that we need for the realization of the missions of the association are :
- identification and/or contact information: surname, first name, any company references of a legal entity, year of birth, address, postal and electronic addresses, telephone numbers, etc;
- information related to your professional status (student/no student);
- your membership status (type of member) and the annual fee;
- your registration to the activities proposed by the association.
These data are used to carry out our missions, including the sending of newsletters, information to our members, invitations to activities. Data is stored either on secure servers or at the head office. They are only accessible to employees of the association and its directors.
